- CT, MRI or PET scan reports (the report is enough; the images can follow)
- PSA and other blood test reports
- Discharge summary, operation notes or the treatment plan you were given
- A list of your medicines and past illnesses

- 02The team goes through themDr. Anshuman Singh’s team checks that nothing is missing and prepares the case for the consultation.
- 03We call youYou are called on the number you gave, usually within 3 hours, to arrange a consultation in the clinic or by video.
- 04The opinionThe medical opinion is given by Dr. Singh in the consultation, with your family, so that you can ask your questions.
